Leadware is seeking an experienced Success Manager, with a proven track record for accelerating customers' product adoption and engagement. This role is responsible for a portfolio of customers after the initial sale, including understanding ideal customer profiles, planning implementations, formulating and recommending strategic program assessments. You will take the lead in ensuring your customers are achieving critical return on investment from their engagement with Leadware. A motivated and driven customer advocate, you will work closely with our onboarding coordinator, success analyst, and campaign manager to ensure our customers realize the full benefit of Leadware.

What You Get to Do:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of Leadware accounts, designing and executing launch programs, training, growth and intervention programs
  • Understand and deliver on customer ROI to ensure client retention and growth
  • Develop and execute a communication plan to help customers get the most from Leadware research and development campaigns.
  • Formulate strategies dependent on email marketing analytics
  • Drive customer evangelism
  • Act as liaison between Product Management, Success Analyst and the customer where escalation of critical service issues is required.
  • You can articulate and sell the advantage of human mined lead gen
  • You are a great communicator, organized and analytical and enjoy working under pressure and to deadlines
  • You are an excellent presenter and creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders of various levels across large and complex enterprise organizations.

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS with an emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication preferred
  • 3+ years relevant client facing experience
  • Command of a broad set of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Track record of translating research into actionable implications for marketing and product
  • Project management experience
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.

  • Experience in startup environment (a plus)​
